If you are considering commissioned artworks, think outside the box!
 When your photo collection of treasured memories inspire you toward commission paintings, consider the following: 

​     *  Sizes start at only 12x18 inches (18x12 landscape)
     *  Your home or vacation property in the glow of evening or morning light, at a favorite time of year can be spectacular
     *  A favorite photograph of someone, something or some place that is special
     *  A vacation photo of a scene that looked great but did not photograph well
     *  Your boat / yacht, automobile, motorcycle, airplane or other vehicle

 If you have yet to take the photograph, keep in mind:

     *  Pick the scene or view that is your favorite but leave room for cropping later
     *  Use the dawn or dusk light for best or flattering effects without harshness
     *  Avoid trees and other objects that may block or obstruct the best view
     *  Check the digital photo for distinct definition of detail, reshoot if necessary
     *  Rainy days have an unusual characteristic of improving detailed views
     *  State the shooting area with sentimental or items to be remembered
     *  Take additional close-ups of any numbers, lettering etc. for the artist to include exactly

                  Commissioned artworks are timeless, and carry down through the generations very well.
