“Pashtun Thumbs Up”
Shows a little Afghan boy, who was a patient at the M.A.S.H. Unit in Kandahar, Afghanistan. On nightly rounds the physician would bid them a good night, tell them he would see them in the morning while giving them the ‘Thumbs Up’, which they would return.
